OUR HISTORY

In 1919 when Victor Reduce came through Ellis Island from Belluno, Italy, he didn’t have a grand vision of his life’s work or a plan for his life’s legacy.

He had a simple goal: to provide for himself and his family through hard work, doing so with integrity and honesty. After being a plasterer in Italy for many years, he ventured into the business of building and development.

His son, Ray Reduce, Sr., joined the business in 1962 and today, the business is led by Ray Reduce Jr. After 100 years of building, our principles remain. Our hard work, attention to detail, and integrity serve as the foundation to a craft of excellence.
